Redefining "sari-sari" with Hapinoy BizMo

Level up with BizMo App 

Launched last 2015, BizMo App is the mobile-based business developed by Hapinoy in partnership with Qualcomm Wireless Reach to create opportunities for sari-sari store owners to offer mobile-based services such as online shopping and other services to their communities.  

With a smartphone and internet connection, it is now possible for sari-sari store owners to offer gadgets and appliances in their neighborhood through HapiShop, the online shopping service available in BizMo. Through this service, customers can order and purchase new products, either via cash or installment, conveniently through a sari-sari store in their community.

In its fourth year, Hapinoy has recently launched its newest version of the BizMo App with new features and services – NewBiz, Kita Calculator, in-app chat, and self-registration. With NewBiz, sari-sari store owners can now access additional business opportunities from Hapinoy’s partners. It aims to augment the income of the sari-sari stores through product diversification.  

And while earning additional income for the business is important, monitoring the daily sales of the store is also essential in sustaining the growth of a business, hence, the Kita Calculator.  It helps sari-sari store owners in computing their estimated income and sales in a faster and more convenient way.   

Being true to its promise of being the sari-sari store owner’s katuwang, the BizMo App also now has an in-app chat for faster and better customer service. It aims to provide assistance to BizMo agents as promptly as possible. BizMo also opens a more convenient way to register for sari-sari store owners who are interested to level-up their business. With the self-registration process, a sari-sari storeowner can just download the BizMo App and get immediately started.  

Empowerment through technology enablement 

More than providing an opportunity for sari-sari store owners to gain additional income through the BizMo App, Hapinoy BizMo sees this as a chance to empower them as micro-entrepreneurs in growing their businesses through technology enablement.
